Hello! My name is Alice. My pronouns are she/they and I have around 9 years of writing experience! My main field has been fan fiction, but I have experience writing original works, fantasy, smut, romance, essays and more! I will write any genre and will most likely not decline most commissions. As long as they don’t include anything from the “not acceptable” list, we can go over details! There will be no extra cost for multiple characters, but there will be charges for major rewrites.

I dont have many recent samples of my work, but there’s a link to my Archive account so you can look over my work new and old. Very recently I completed two commissioned works and you can see them both here. Both were commissioned by a very good friend of mine and he’s given me permission to post both of them! Hey everyone, my savings have officially dried up and I’m still not getting responses for jobs yet. I’m hoping to have one in late January but I need to make sure I have money for my therapy. Especially cause my MRI is tomorrow and I’m finally getting close to an actual diagnosis on my knee issues that have been untreated for over a year now.

I just got the call that my MRI is going to cost 799.15 total (they’re helping some and getting it down to only 400 for a first payment) and my therapy is 280 a month that I need to have before the 5th

I can do writing and art commissions with a fairly quick response and whatnot. Here are some examples of my tarot artwork

I can confidently do fic and ficlets and draw OCs for:

  • Fallout (New Vegas, 3, and 4 all DLC stuff too)
  • The Witcher (show or games)
  • Mass Effect (main trilogy and Andromeda)
  • Pokemon
  • Animal Crossing
  • Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood
  • Bleach
  • My Time at Portia
  • Monster lovers

I can draw OCs for other things too, those are just the ones that I could do in those art styles. Full artwork like the stuff above is $40, line art only is $15. For multiple characters and detailed backgrounds are both an extra $10

I have no problems with NSFW work but will not do anything involving underage characters for that category.

one of my favorite stupid things to do in fanfic is to throw two characters together who literally never interact. and then give them an entire, fleshed-out relationship dynamic that exists nowhere but my own head. yes they’ve literally never spoken. yes their relationship is important to me. hope this helps.

so this one has breached containment a bit but like, in a fun way. i love reading the tags and having no idea who you’re talking about but reveling in our shared experience of silly fanfics. or, sometimes, KNOWING who you’re talking about and going “dang that is niche love that”. please continue to tag this with every fictional character dynamic that never happened that you’ve gotten invested in I love them. also please continue calling out your friends I love that too

Maxson’s very insistent on the mental health / morale of the troops in the terminal emails, so I think it would be cute if they decorated a little for the holidays? Maybe just a tiny party? An aluminum tree some of the scribes put together with scraps, and because Ingram threatened to make them eat any needles/leaves that fell off a real one if they brought it onto the ship.

I started Zoloft on the 8th and I’ve had to call out of work twice in a row I’ve been so sick. I could NOT get out of bed yesterday so now my body feels compressed and heavy and I can’t breathe. I want to lay down and fall asleep with my boyfriend but I can’t lay down at all it causes me so much pain

I will report your ass, too, because I value fic artists and our freedom of expression and my audience and our shared history far more than I value the few bux you wanna make on a commission.

It is not hard to link to your Tumblr or Twitter with a vague message like, “If you’re looking for my other works or other ways of supporting me, go here: link.” I have had people buy me coffees after enjoying my fic and asking where to support me. I threw up a link to my Tumblr and people cared enough to follow it. They were fully understanding when I explained in the comments that they could not commission me and I could not link them directly to any donation platform, but they could go to xyz link to read more. And they did! Nobody has to put AO3 directly on the firing line.

Go ahead and commission independently. Just do it anywhere else except on AO3. And then don’t come crying to the community when you, personally, get a C&D from a massive corporation.

AO3 is our bullet shield. Tumblr will pull your shit down. Wattpad won’t fucking protect you. LJ and FF.net already sold our asses for one (1) corn chip. AO3 is trying to protect us, you goddamn lemmings.

If you cannot follow the rules that protect fanspaces, you do not belong in our fanspaces.

The only people who misunderstand this are doing so intentionally and maliciously. Do yourself a favor and block the infants who think this isn’t a big deal.

Okay so reading this over again I have a few questions.

Is it still okay to advertise fic commissions even if its not on ao3? I understand that its really not safe on ao3 because of their posting rules, but what about on Tumblr? Can I still be a commissioned fic writer as long as I dont say I am on ao3? 

Im also changing my commission tags to ‘personalized,’ so will that help any better as long as its not stated that I was paid to write them?

Someone please help me understand a little better
